Orders

All orders must be received thru the credit card system available on line thru www.donnaelle.com. You will receive an email confirmation upon approval of your receipt. If you experience any problems with your order, kindly contact the office of Donna Elle at Four Sisters, inc at 508 228 7320 or fax 508 228 9781 or email at donna@donnaelle.com.

Product Availability

We strive to be in-stock on all our products and as accurate as possible when quoting ship dates for new and backordered items. If a product is available, it will ship within 1- 3 days of order receipt pending credit card acceptance. If a product is not available, we will provide you an availability date.

Shipment

All orders will be shipped via Ground from our warehouse in New Britain, Ct. via UPS; customer is responsible for all shipment charges. When checking out, your total shipping and handling charges will be included in your final processing transaction. A packing slip will accompany your package in order to confirm what has been shipped. Please review your products and report any missing items to Donna Elle immediately by calling 508 228 7320. Missing or damaged goods reported after 10 calendar day of receiving goods will not be accepted.

Damage Claims

Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt and report any problems immediately so that a correction can swiftly occur; any damages reported after 10 calendar days of receipt will not be accepted.

Returns

Four Sisters inc will accept returns made within 5 business days from receipt of package
to the consumer. All items must be unused and in original package and returned to
warehouse location in New Britain, CT paid by the consumer.

Credit will be issued to the consumers credit card within 3 days of receiving and
inspecting returned goods. We will send you an email indicating your item has been
returned and credit issued.

Any sale items are final and are not returnable.
